Weldgrip Gabions provide a low cost, easily installed method of construction and retainment. They are made from high tensile mesh, which can be hot dip galvanized or Galfan coated.
The latter is a Zinc-Aluminum coating applied to improve the corrosion resistance of the wire.

All Weldgrip gabions and Mattresses are manufactured from cold drawn steel wire, electrically welded at every intersection. Standard sizes and finishes are shown in the tables below. Other specifications may be available to special order.
Weldgrip gabions and mattresses are supplied in a collapsed form. Sections are linked together before despatch with stainless steel clips. Split rings and galvanized wire lacing is also supplied for site assembly.
